"Universal Basic Smiles" Program

The total supply of SMILES tokens will be capped at 21 trillion, similar to how Bitcoin has a limited supply of 21 million. The issuance of SMILES tokens will follow a halving schedule over the course of 10 years until all 1 trillion tokens are released into circulation.Each year, the number of new SMILES tokens generated through mining will be halved. The initial mining rewards will be distributed equally between the smile generators and the "universal basic smiles" program. This means that half of the newly mined tokens each year will be allocated to individuals who actively generate smiles, while the other half will be distributed to all SMILES token holders as part of the "universal basic smiles" program.The "universal basic smiles" program functions similar to Universal Basic Income (UBI), ensuring that every wallet holding SMILES tokens receives a portion of the mining rewards on a quarterly basis. This encourages widespread participation and engagement within the community, benefiting all token holders.
